Lake George Elementary is a high-performing Pre-K–6 school serving approximately 300 students and consistently ranked among the top elementary schools in the Northern Capital District. Recognized as a 2024 “Best” School by U.S. News & World Report and a FranklinCovey Academic Honor Award recipient, LGES is also a Leader in Me Lighthouse School, where leadership, character education, and student voice are embedded into daily learning
The district is seeking a principal who demonstrates strong instructional leadership, fosters a safe and inclusive school climate, supports staff development, and builds meaningful partnerships with families and the broader community.
