Randy’s Run 5K and Murphy’s Mile are community events that preserve the memory of two former Lake George Elementary School teachers, Randall Mattison and Ed Murphy. Randy’s Run is a challenging 5K road race, which features an uphill run and finishes with a downhill sprint.
The race starts and ends at Lake George Elementary School. Murphy’s Mile is a Fun Run/Walk that winds racers around the perimeter of the Lake George Elementary school grounds. Kids will receive a Stewart's Ice Cream Gift Card!
Proceeds for both races benefit the Lake George High School Freshman class and the Lake George Executive Association's Scholarship Fund.
