Updated Spectator Protocols for Spring Sports

May 14, 2021

Dear Parents and Student Athletes,

Based on updated guidance from NYS Officials and NYSPHSAA the Adirondack League is adjusting our spectator protocols for spring sports. The capacity limits for outdoor sports have been raised to 500 per venue. Athletes are no longer restricted to 2 spectators apiece and passes are no longer required. Spectators will still be asked to sign in for contact tracing purposes.

Please note that although the CDC updated their guidance regarding face coverings they are still required. In New York State we continue to be under the state's current "mask mandate" from the Governor, which has not yet been lifted.

As we receive further updates and clarifications we will continue to communicate them out to you. If you have questions, please feel free to contact me via phone 518-668-5452 ext 1221 or email mannyk@lkgeorge.org.

Sincerely,

Kyle Manny, CAA
