The Lake George Elementary School 4th Grade Team is gearing up for the annual Battle of the Books.
They read “The Amazing Impossible Erie Canal” by Cheryl Harness and cemented what they learned by drawing maps of New York State. They wrote fun facts about the Erie Canal, and some readers pointed out that Long Island looks like an alligator!
