"Thank you to all the internal and external experts and the Board of Education who contributed to the findings and considerations communicated in the reports, which are linked above," said Superintendent Rutnik. "I am looking forward to further, deeper discussions around the topics presented for consideration before making any recommendations to the Board of Education."
In order to gain additional feedback from stakeholders, Lake George CSD faculty, staff, and community members will have opportunities to hear deeper discussions around all the recommendations through the BOE meeting structure. The public is welcome to attend the following Board committee workshops:
Personnel Committee: March 19, 2019 at 5 p.m. in the Alumni Room
Curriculum Committee: March 21, 2019 at 5 p.m. in the Alumni Room
Additionally, Superintendent Rutnik has scheduled meetings with the two building principals on a weekly basis to gather feedback and input on the recommendations. Together, they will be considering all findings and working with the LGCSD Board of Education, Leadership Team and internal stakeholders around future steps to begin targeted discussions that will be used to support future recommendations.
