Tricia Connor Biles, President

Mrs. Tricia Connor Biles is the Director of Outdoor Education and Group Services at the Capital District YMCA Camp Chingachgook. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Westfield State College and a Master’s Degree in School Leadership from Wilmington University. Her educational philosophy is collaborative leadership.

Mrs. Biles was elected to the Lake George CSD Board of Education in 2018. In addition to being Board president, she serves on the Curriculum and Instruction Committee and Personnel Committee.

Mrs. Biles and her husband, Nick, have two children – Finneas and Madeleine – and a pet cat named Friday. She enjoys swimming, hiking, paddling, and many other outdoor pursuits.

Lin King, Vice President

Mrs. Lin King is a retired business woman who holds several leadership positions in education. She is vice president of the WSWHE BOCES, president of the Adirondack Area School Boards Association, and past chair of the Board of Directors for the Rural Schools Association of New York State. She studied at the University at Maine for two years.

Mrs. King was elected to the Lake George CSD Board of Education in 2019. She previously served on the Lake George Board of Education for 28 years. In addition to being Board vice president, she is chair of the Curriculum and Instruction Committee and serves on the Audit and Finance Committee and Buildings and Grounds Committee.

Mrs. King and her husband, Allen, have two children who graduated from Lake George Jr.-Sr. High School – Brian King and Alison Fetterman. They have two grandchildren – Gus and Etta. They also have two dogs – Cooper, a giant Golden Retriever, and Belle, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She enjoys playing golf and tennis.

Katie Bruening

Mrs. Katie Bruening is an Outdoor Educator for Camp Chingachgook. Prior to this position, she was an educator for The Traveling Museum. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee.

Mrs. Bruening was elected to the Lake George CSD Board of Education in 2018. She is chair of the Personnel Committee and serves on the Audit and Finance Committee and Policy Committee.

Mrs. Breuning and her husband, Glen, have two sons – Dylan and Carson. She enjoys hiking, sailing, and all types of winter sports.

Mr. Tim Collins is Vice President Commercial Loans at Ballston Spa National Bank. He earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from SUNY Adirondack and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Siena College.

Mr. Collins was elected to the Lake George CSD Board of Education in 2014. He is chair of the Audit and Finance Committee and serves on the Athletics and Policy Committees. 

His other volunteer positions in the community include being a current or past board member for the following organizations:

Warren Washington ARC

Liberty House Foundation

Lower Adirondack Regional Arts Council (LARAC)

Lake George Arts Project

Saratoga Arts Council

Mr. Collins also serves on the loan committee for the Warren County Economic Development Fund.

Mr. Collins and his wife, Kelly, have two children in the Lake George Central School District – Cooper and Mazie. He enjoys back country skiing, cross-country skiing, golf, hiking, and theater.

Maryanne MacKenzie

Ms. Maryanne MacKenzie is a Licensed Physical Therapist. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from St. Lawrence University and a Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy from SUNY Health Science Center in Syracuse.

Ms. MacKenzie was elected to the Lake George CSD Board of Education in 2019. She is Chair of the Policy Committee and serves on the Personnel Committee and Curriculum and Instruction Committee.

Ms. MacKenzie and her husband, Mark Weidner, have two children – Gabriella and Freddy Weidner – two dogs, and a cat. She is an outdoor enthusiast who likes to travel and hike mountains. She has run several marathons and is an Adirondack 46er. She also enjoys poetry and crossword puzzles.

Melissa Seale

Mrs. Melissa Seale, PMHNP-BC is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified - specializing in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She works at the Center for Children and Families at Glens Falls Hospital. She earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing at Quinnipiac University and is a graduate of Sage Colleges with a Master of Science degree as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

Mrs. Seale was elected to the Lake George CSD Board of Education in 2019. She is chair of the Athletics Committee and serves on the Buildings and Grounds Committee.

She also volunteers with the Open Door Mission, Warren County Historical Society, and is a supporter of the World Awareness Children’s Museum. 

Mrs. Seale and her husband, Michael, have three children – Dylan, Prysilla, and Michael. They have a dog named Duke, a parrot named Coco, and a parakeet named Buddy, who keeps Coco company.  She enjoys traveling with family and is a horseback rider who competed in show jumping. She is also interested in historical renovations – she is currently renovating an historical home in Glens Falls.

Thomas Seguljic

Mr. Thomas Seguljic is Vice President HRP Associates, Inc. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Meteorology from Lyndon State College.

Mr. Seguljic was elected to the Lake George CSD Board of Education in 2017. He is chair of the Buildings and Grounds Committee and serves on the Athletics Committee. 

His other volunteer positions in the community include Past Vice Chairman of the Queensbury Planning Board.

Mr. Seguljic and his wife, Nicole, have two children – Colby and Katie. He enjoys skiing, sailing, windsurfing, and all outdoor activities.
