bulletPlease see Ms. Ross right after announcements. It is very important!! The district is running a photo contest to find a great picture of the lake for our new website. If you want to enter a photo you have taken, bring it in to the main office and fill out an entry form. If it's in a digital format, you can send it to Mr. Strauss at straussr@lkgeorge,org. A prize of $25 has been offered to the winner. It will be used on the district home page of our new website.
bulletAttention students: Any students interested in running for class office for next school year should see their adviser for a petition. Advisors are: Grade 7 – Mrs. Greene; Grade 8 – Mrs. McGrath; Grade 9 – Mrs. Schmidt; Grade 10 – Ms. Steen; Grade 11 – Mr. Gengel. All petitions are due back to your class adviser TODAY.
bulletStudents: Your parents will be receiving through the mail a parent survey for the PTSO. When your parents complete this survey, please return it to your guide room teacher or the main office. The grade level/class who returns the most PTSO parent surveys will be given a pizza party. Please encourage your parents to fill out this survey and get it back to school by Monday, June 2. Thank you.
bulletThinking about a career in the health field?  HEALTH QUEST is a six-week summer job program for students interested in health career occupations.  Students earn money and explore careers while working in different departments in area hospitals.

bulletCongratulations to the boys’ modified baseball team for its 19-1 win over North Warren yesterday. Peter Fisher drove in 3 runs to lead the winners, and Marty Zivica and Joey Farrell combined for 6 hits. The Warriors now have a record of 11 wins and 1 loss.
