Graduate Descriptors: Several additions to the brochure were made (include art

and music; graduate will serve as both a member and leader) .

In June, Forum will pull out a goal and develop an action plan.

Fundraising: Colin and Linda will talk about developing a policy for the various clubs and classes. Advisors will sign up for fundraisers at the calendar

meeting in June.

Lynn Derway discussed the tentative policy which will be presented to the BOE July 2006. Last year, a committee was establish to formulate this federal mandate. Forum spent quite a bit of time reviewing the policy which will reviewed annually.

Will this policy apply to after school/evening events? Many clubs sell candy and snacks for profits. They will need to phase in alternative choices.

School store has made changes to encourage healthy foods.

To further the nutrition awareness, the school has order new equipment - free weights, cardiovascular machines.

The cafeteria will also adapt to these guidelines.

Forum will develop an action plan for this goal.
