Week #2   5 Sets/5 Repetitions (Same Exercises)

Week #3  5 Sets/5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Repetitions (Same Exercises)

Week #4  3 Sets/10, 8, 6 Repetitions (Same Exercises)

 

These exercise routines will be continued throughout the winter and summer seasons for preparations for the next season.
